Vat and Taxes are included ONLY for European Union (EU) customers.
If you order goods from us for delivery outside the Europen Union they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
All the prices stated and charged by Paypal are in Euro (EUR)
1) SHIPPING METHODS
All our parcels will be shipped all over the world via DHL, UPS from Germany.
An official invoice will be contained inside the parcel along with the merchandise according to the current international regulations of commerce. The invoice will show the actual amount of each item purchased.
All orders will be processed on the next working day of the order’s placement. The pakages will be shipped from Germany during working days (Mon – Fri)
If you place an order on Friday or public holidays. Your order will be processed by the next working day.
*For any unacceptable reasons, PROJECT.197 holds the right to refuse shipping to any order until all the conditions are fulfilled afterward.

3) DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time may take up to approximately 1-2 weeks.*
*The actual delivery time also affected by other countries’ post service once the parcel is left. PROJECT.197 has no responsibility on delay in delivery caused by any other reasons such as other countries’ traffic conditions or quality of post service.
We only accept returns/exchanges on Eu orders on any purchases returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
We only accept returns/ exchanges on Full Price items
Please note that the return costs is the responsibility of the customer.
We only accept returns if a garment has not been worn and with all tags intact and attached. If your return doesn’t fulfil the basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund.
To return an item for exchange or refund, please follow the steps below:

After we accept your return request, you will get instruction if how to send it back to our office. You are responsible for paying the return shipping when exchanging/returning your item(s).
